The University Health Clinic is located in the University District of Seattle, at 5312 Roosevelt Way NE.
Call our office to schedule a visit with one of our practitioners. If you
already know who you would like to see, ask for them by name. If you don’t know who you would like to see,
please visit the “Our Practitioners” section to see who best fits with your needs. Also, our front
desk staff can help you decide who would be the best fit for your concerns if you ask their help.
Please allow an hour or more for your first visit. It is also helpful if you bring copies of past medical records or
have them sent to us ahead of time. Our desk staff can help you gather these, or facilitate the appropriate
release of records forms.
We accept a number of insurance plans and may be able to help you in deciding how best to finance your time
with us or receive insurance coverage. Please visit the insurance section of this website for more details on plans
and referrals or call our office for more information. We highly
recommend that you also call your insurance plan to discover your own benefits, as coverage varies widely
across the hundreds of plans each company offers.
