As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill our patients'
insurance companies for them. Our practitioners are
credentialed with most major, and many smaller insurance
companies. Doctors Donovan and Fahoum and nurse practitioner,
Lise Anderheggen-Leif are listed as primary care providers
for most insurances in the State of Washington and George
Whiteside is listed as a preferred provider. Plans and
benefits are different with every company, and every plan
within a company, this is why it is your responsibility to
call your insurance to clarify benefits and coverage.
To help you do this, you can read the following sections to
better understand types of insurance, the language of
insurance and some definitions of coverable services
according to most plans. While this is in no way complete or
guarantee of coverage for our services, it is an attempt to
help educate and empower you. It is to your advantage to
understand your insurance benefits there by avoiding
unforeseen bills from any of your healthcare providers.
